Ideally we would prefer all applicants to view our tailor made videos for the rooms which you can successfully reserve without viewing. If this is not possible and you still wish to view then all viewings for all rooms are ordinarily conducted on weekdays from 10:00am until 5:30pm.
If you would like to arrange a viewing, please send us a message containing your availability within these hours.

Any messages received outside of these hours will not be responded to until the following working day, so please be patient.

It is useful to send us two times so we can speed up the booking process with you by ensuring we can make at least one of the two.

Covid 19 viewing process:

All applicants must keep 2 metres distance when viewing. We will open the property and direct you to the communal areas for you to view ( if a resident is present we cannot show you this particular area ) and we will open the room for you to enter and view. We ask all viewers to ask any questions outside the property once the viewing has ended to reduce time in the household and to protect the current residents interests.

OCCUPANCY:
All our HMO's are licensed by the Council and abide by strict criteria to protect and give peace of mind to all tenants of the household.
Pets cannot be accepted within any room let.
All applicants must be in full time employment.
