All-Female Flatshare Near Shoreditch

Hello everybody,

I have a good size double room available now in a 4 bedroom flat just off Brick Lane/Shoreditch.

The Flat:
Fully furnished, wooden floor, fully equipped kitchen, shower and bath, separate toilet. Unfortunately no living room, but there is 350 Mb Optical Fibre WiFi to sweeten the deal.

The room:
The room is furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair. Perfect for a young professional/student who wants to be next to the city but at the same time enjoy living in Shoreditch area. The location is great.

The Flatmates:
You will be sharing the flat with 3 female professionals, friendly, tidy and easy going: two Spanish girls who work in finance and a girl from Montenegro who works in banking.

About you:
We are looking for a professional/student female, friendly, tidy and responsible.

The location:
The flat is located just off Brick Lane, between Liverpool Street station, Shoreditch High street station and Bethnal Green station.
Bus stop 24 hours 2 min from the flat can link you to central London and others. It is a residential area and in 2 min you can come from the pub to the silence of your room. You can have many shops around you such as Tesco, 24 hours bagel shop, post office, Boots, Banks and more.

The rent:

The rent is 650 per month total (including all bills).

Terms and conditions: 

One month’s rent as deposit and one month’s rent upfront is required. 3 months minimum stay (shorter stays acceptable if you know someone suitable who could take over). One month's notice to move out.
