Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in St. John’s Wood.
Overview
The rent is £477 per month paid on the 21st of every month to our landlord.
Room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The bills are usually approx £70 per month. During non-COVID times, we also have a cleaner cleaning all the communal areas every 2 weeks, which means an additional £10 per person per month.
The Flat
There are 4 bedrooms in the flat, living room, kitchen, small hallway, 1 toilet downstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs (with a toilet, shower and bath).
The Flatmates
You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Helen and a new flatmate (there’s another double room available) I’m an actress and Helen works in travel.

We are looking for a professional of similar age (30+), clean and tidy, likes to socialise but also values their solo time. Preferably a female, someone who is easy-going, friendly and looking for a home rather than a place to crash. We do like quiet time at home (especially with WFH) so no party animals please.
Location
The location is ideal as it’s central London. The flat is in a residential area, walking distance from Kilburn High Road – Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco Express are all 10 mins walk away. Additionally, there are newsagents, several restaurants, beauty salons etc right around the corner – it’s like a little village in the middle of London. It’s 20 mins walk to Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and 30 mins to Little Venice. The closest tube stations are St. John’s Wood (15 mins walk, Jubilee Line) and Kilburn Park (15 mins, Bakerloo Line), the closest overground stations are Kilburn High Road (10 mins) and West Hampstead (15 mins). There are also bus stops 1 min walk from the flat.
IMPORTANT
Due to the current lockdown and social distancing rules, we’ll be doing the initial viewings online (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet).
