5 Min Walk Town Centre Single Room Salford/Mcr
ROOMS AVAILABLE DECEMBER 1ST.
POSSIBLY 1x ROOM MID NOV.
Hi, I'm a working professional (Artist/Photographer/creative). Generally, we're a chilled household but also enjoy going out.
Looking for 2x professional, tidy flatmates who're either:
Sociable - come on nights out, share skills and talent so we can be creative - or just enjoy conversation!
Quiet - watch movies, go for walks, cook together - or fine if you want to just keep yourself to yourself.
The flat has just been painted and recarpeted with underlay. We've got new fridge, cooker and washing machine. There's a spacious balcony. We have amazing neighbours and large shared gardens - perfect for BBQ's and socialising!
We have onsite car parking (please ask) and coded gates. This ad is for either a single room with a double bed, or a single room with single bed, and a shared bathroom.
It's a 5 min walk to Salford central, 10 mins to Deansgate Spinningfields. 15 mins to Piccadilly Gardens. Lots of nearby parks, shops, transport etc.
We're very trustworthy flatmates, however, you can have a lock on your door.
Furniture includes: bedside storage, wardrobe and side cabinet. You may have the opportunity to swap or choose rooms.
Please contact me via phone and we can meet up or video call :)
