Officially 3-Bedrooms but the room that will be available to Rent, was originally the second Reception Room. Also, a Single storey extension has been added and the 'box' room has been turned into a Bedroom for my Grandchild.
One bathroom/toilet (upstairs) with separate bath and shower. Kitchen and Living Room with log burner.
Our garden is 100ftx30ft, part divided into sections. Farthest away is a small Orchard with apples, pears, cherries, wild blackberries.
Then a willow arch has Kiwi and Grapes (both none producing, as yet).
Next is our 'allotment' area, with fruit, veggies and a hazelnut tree. We try to grow as much food as we can.
Then, there's a lawn & flower area, with a small pond and double-gated access. We have a bonfire/camp fire in this area sometimes.
Next to the house is a small slabbed 'yard' area, with a kitchen herb garden. Table, chairs and a chimnea.
We have a garage that would house a motorbike and a front drive, suitable for a car/van/lorry cab.
We are located in High Town. All facilities (Shops, Doctors, Hospital, Dentist, Schools, Leisure Centre, etc) are within walking distance and there are two Bus Stops nearby. There are also many Hobby Clubs nearby. Ideally located. 'In' Town but when sitting in the garden, you would never know. It's so tranquil & peaceful.
Our neighbours are peaceful.
There are Buses.
We have a Steam Train Railway which travels between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster.
There is a Bicycle Shop in Town and Cycle Routes.
There are many Walking Routes.
There are Bridle Paths.
Taxis are available.
A 45yr old woman (me), her 28yr old Son (Recovery Driver & Volunteer for West Midlands 4x4 Response) & her 13yr old Daughter (Shared Care).
My 4yr old Grandchild sometimes stays overnight.
I am home the most, out of all of us.
Predominantly, non-alcoholic drinkers.
Two cigarette smokers (outside).
You will be sharing our Family Home with us, so we would need a 'Family' person.
Cigarette smoking is fine but outside only, please.
Ideally, we would like a Long-Term Housemate, rather than having different people coming & going all the time.
All Household Bills included. You just need to buy your own personal things, including your food.
References will be required from you (from 3 most recent living addresses & 3 personal) and an informal Meet will be required to see how we get on, before a decision will be made.
As we are a Family Home, a DBS (or equivalent) will also be required. We will fund this.
