We have a nice furnished room for rent in our house in Livingston(15 minutes drive from edinburgh) . all bills included in the ren.
. Ideal location for access to Heriot Watt university, Napier (Sighthil campus) & West Lothian College. Heriot Watt University is 22 minutes away by bus (6 buses per hour) General Electric placement students (5 minutes) and Napier university is 30 minutes away.
Livingston has a large retail outlet, with cinemas, associated bars and restaurants. There's a sports centre and hospital and all are centrally located.
the house is fully furnished. its a very spacious clean house, the house got nice kitchen fully equipped...there is a big back garden in the house ,the house have free car parking. currently there are 2 males ,non smokers and friendly quiet people living in this house. also new clean duvet/pillows/bed sheets will be provided to the new tenant
the bus stop is just outside the house. the train station/shopping centre is not far either, big tesco warehouse is10 minutes by bus .
we are looking for a nice clean person for this room
