The house is in a very convenient Solihull location (off Lode Lane near JLR).
The room we have available is a large double on the ground floor – immediately available!
This is a beautiful bedroom that shares the master bathroom and a separate shower-room on the ground floor. There is also an ensuite room so good ratio of bathrooms between house-mates.
The house has a lovely atmosphere and is furnished with contemporary furniture throughout. In each of the bedrooms we have a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers and all the bedroom doors are lockable.
There is big modern kitchen/diner, with all appliances, and a lovely lounge with 2 leather sofas, a television and virgin media WiFi through-out, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV aerial sockets too. The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, all the doors are fire doors for added safety. We also so have hand sanitizer dispensers fitted in communal arears as we care very much about our tenants wellbeing.
We have a good cleaner who visits regularly to clean communal areas and a gardener to cut lawns during the summer months, our property manager is local and makes sure that the house is well looked after and maintenance issues are resolved with in a timely manor.
The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or a 25 minute walk, but also is great for access to Solihull Hospital The NEC, Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has twice been awarded the best place to live in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index!!
