PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
We have thoroughly enjoyed the last couple of years in the flat and have felt very safe and comfortable here. The surrounding tree lined streets are picturesque and quiet with plenty of parking too. The flat is ideally located between Willesden Green and Kilburn tube stations on the Jubilee/Metropolitan line with the over-ground only a short walk at Brondesbury. There are plenty of lively pubs, takeaways and shops on offer in Cricklewood, Kilburn or Willesden green combined with the tranquillity of Gladstone or Queens Park around the corner.

The flat itself is an excellent use of space. There is more storage than you could ever need in a 1bed which makes it a pleasure to live in. The flat has large windows which means you get lots of light and air and with the high ceilings it feels nice and large. Although, the kitchen is small we have managed to bake plentiful cakes, cook 3 course meals and regular Sunday lunches in it no problem. We have had no problems with any of the neighbours and have been able to keep our bikes safely out of sight down the side of the house. Visitors have always been impressed by the flat and we highly recommend it.

Finally, the landlord is fantastic, responding quickly to any concerns we’ve raised and fixing things before they become a problem. The garden is kept immaculate too. Indeed, we would be staying here longer if it we were continuing to rent in London.
