The house consists of young professionals who are up for a beer/glass of wine, happy to cook and eat together but also respectful of each other's space and privacy. With the rise in WFH, the house has become much more of a unit with regular shared meal times and movie nights. So being able to rustle up a simple pasta/pizza/bolognese delight would be greatly welcomed.

The house Is spacious and well maintained In a sought after area of Brixton. All rooms are furnished, but also have room to add your own personal touch.

The Kitchen has two large fridge/freezers and washing machine. There is one bathroom and two shower rooms so there is never a scramble.

A cleaner comes fortnightly so communal areas are well maintained. There is also a secure bike store in the garden that holds up to 5 bikes.

Located on Brixton hill, there are some superb cafes and restaurants nearby, also a very nice and friendly assortment of local drinking establishments! There are regular buses that run to the West End from end of road and the Victoria line is 5 - 10 mins walk so ideal for anyone who needs a tube! We are 5 minutes from beautiful Brockwell Park with bike track, tennis courts and lido, plus a range of great restaurants such as Negril and Franco Manca (the best pizza place in town).

Includes all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, poll tax) and separate shared wifi. We have NOT increased our rents because of WFH, and do not intend to do so. Would suit young professionals. All our tenants say they are very happy and most tend to stay long term. EARLY VIEWING RECOMMENDED!
