Cosy Double Room Available in Malvern

I have a lovely cosy, recently redecorated, double room available in a professional house share in Malvern.

The room is on the first floor overlooking the rear garden and is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and chair, we fit brand new 'black out' curtains in all rooms.

In the shared kitchen we provide all of the crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, cups and glasses etc along with a microwave, kettle and toaster. All bills are inclusive, fibre optic broadband, gas, water, electric and council tax, so all you pay is one monthly amount.

There is a private drive for 2 cars and ample parking on the road outside the house for more. There is a large maintained back garden and secure shed for storing push bikes along with stunning views of the Malvern Hills, just perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cold beer after a busy day at work.

The house is totally equipped with everything you need!
We also provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms.
