A nicely presented house (currently benefitting from a high spec refurb). Situated 200m from North Rd Train Station & close to Darlington Memorial Hospital and The Town Centre in the popular North Rd Area. It is 10 Minutes walk from Darlington Town Centre and well located for travelling into and out of town.

All bills and powerful WiFi are Included.

Rooms are fully furnished. No smoking within the property. Communal areas regularly cleaned. Prefer mature professionals and an age of 25+ with minimum 6 months stay.

Younger professionals and shorter term lets considered on an individual basis. Peaceful friendly atmosphere is a must. Couples would be considered but one couple per household with the ok from other housemates at a £35pw premium.
