Meet New People:
We host regular evening socials for our housemates in the area on Burton Road in West Didsbury. These usually attract around 30 plus housemates and are great if you are new to the area and/or are looking to meet new people. On the back of these nights, housemates have become friends with other houses and arrange to do other activities together including pub quiz’s, walks in the countryside and sports teams plus much more.
Didsbury Village is just a 10mins walk from the house, with its shops restaurants bars and Metrolink Station. The West Didsbury shops and bars on Lapwing Lane along with the Northern Tennis Club and Gym are just 15mins walk away. Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre is on the Kingsway and offers a cinema, bowling, gym and more shops/restaurants within 20mins walk.
You also have Burnage Train Station around the corner from the house in a 7min walk.
You will have a full time manager looking after everything for you to make sure all of the facilities and services are to a high standard and any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly. We organise and administer all of the utilities and services and charge a simple monthly sum of £130 per month that covers Council Tax, Gas and Electricity, Water rates, TV License, Virgin Media Package (TV and Wi-Fi), Weekly Cleaner, Window Cleaner and Gardener.

Regular safety checks and inspections ensure Gas Appliances, Fire Alarms, Fire Safety Equipment and the Electrical Installation are operating correctly.
