The flat is one of the 3 run by us and are part of a converted C listed stone building. The tenants get a chance to meet up easily since they are all in the one building. We provide accommodation for like minded people and this makes life a lot easier for people new to the area. The apartment has been decorated to provide a light calm space to relax when you are not working. No pets, students or D. H. S. S. – Smoking not allowed in the building. (We can provide you with cleaners if you are too busy to clean your own apartment)

STAIRWELL /Car parking space - The cleaning of the stairwell and entrance by our cleaners is included in the rent Please keep the area outside your door clean and tidy.
Their is a secure entrance door and the stairwell lights go on automatically when it is dark.
CAR PARK - We have one allocated parking space per flat.
