Large Double Room in Great Location

Large double room available in a Georgian town house in the cultural quarter, it’s a quiet but very central area of the town centre, in close proximity to the hospital and royal derngate theatre.

There is a large kitchen diner with tv and modern appliances, a living room with digital smart tv, and wireless fibre optic broadband throughout the house.

All bills are included including a cleaner twice a week. All current housemates are friendly and respectful and i would like a similar professional who will look after the place they live in. A couple of them work at NGH and it’s really continent for junior doctors/nurses.

Bright double room with two large Sash windows. Double bed, bedside table, double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa, coffee table, desk and chair.. All furniture and carpet is only 6 months old and was decorated then also.
The bathroom is next to the room and shared by just one other person.
