The room is fully furnished with a new wardrobe, bedside cabinet chest of drawers, as well as a double bed that has storage underneath. and has a brand new mattress.
There is an en-suite bathroom that has a shower, WC and wash basin

There are blackout curtains plus freeview point.
There is super fast fibre optic broadband, 350mb, dual channel..

In the house there is a large communal space, with a large seating area that has table, 4 chairs, and 2 sofas.

There is a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and 5 burner gas hob, two fridge freezers, plus a dishwasher.

Outside there is a seating area, table and chairs as well as a shed that provides additional storage; there is also parking for 3 cars with lots of additional parking bays very close by. There is also a shed that is padlocked so that items like bikes can be kept securely.

There is a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

The current tenants are pleasant and friendly group of people, something that I would want continue
