Ground floor, spacious room available, as well as an en-suite room upstairs, close to town centre.

The property is a large terraced building, a 15 minute walk from the train station, near to large supermarkets, local shops and restaurants.
Bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband, TV in communal kitchen/diner, council tax and all utility bills. Communal areas are cleaned regularly too.

As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed).

What about the bathroom and kitchen?
In addition, as standard you will share a recently refurbished bathroom with shower (with only 3 people). Three rooms have en-suites so there are no rushes for the bathroom in the morning! The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 3 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a weekly cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do you have to pay a deposit?
Yes, just £150 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
