In addition, as standard you will share a bathroom with shower (with no more than 3 people). The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water!

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! We also provide a regular cleaner for all the communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, we will consider shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, just £150 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.

References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?
No, we do not allow pets. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses!
