It's a 10 minute walk to uni with good bus links to town and Burley Park railway station is literally a 5 minute walk.

I am looking for like minded young professionals or students to have a houseshare in my fully renovated home. I would like people who are respectful clean and tidy.

I don't charge any fees and just ask for a £350- £375 deposit (depending on room), standard contract and references and one months rent upfront . As I am a private landlord I don't charge anything for paper work or admin fees and printing contracts etc. I don't ask for much other than to treat the house with respect.
