ROOM - upstairs double bedroom at the back of the house - neutral decor, wood floor, wardrobe & drawers, double bed. Radiator and double glazing, wash basin and door lock. £250pcm .
COSTS - additional are gas and electric (approx. £3 summer - £7 winter per week - that's an average of £4.50pw throughout the year). Everything else is included. Deposit is £175
This is a genuinely good deal in a nice house!
TRANSPORT - plenty of parking on the nearby roads. It's handy for the University as well as Hull Royal Infirmary/Smith and Nephew. It's on good bus routes to the city centre.
Sorry there's no bike store.
