Macclesfield is a 25 minute train journey from Manchester city centre and around 12 minutes from Stockport. There is an excellent bus service to key places including Astra Zeneca, Alderley Park and Macclesfield hospital. The town centre has a great mix of shops and supermarkets, an independent cinema, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.
