This is a beautiful freshly refurbed, fully furnished, comfortable house in a popular area of Darlington. Oak doors and flooring (new carpets in bedrooms), wooden Blinds, granite worktops, everything brand new, modern appliances. Powerful free WIFI, TV aerial in every bedroom and communal lounge.

Very well located in a quiet street, close to main routes towards the A1 and to the town centre.

Rooms are fully furnished. No smoking within the property. Communal areas regularly cleaned. Prefer mature professionals and an age of 25+ with minimum 6 months stay.

Younger professionals and shorter term lets considered on an individual basis. Peaceful friendly atmosphere is a must. Couples would be considered but one couple per household with the ok from other housemates at a £35pw premium.

We have some properties with a ‘3D Walkthrough’. It is not for the above property but shows the standards we like to work too.
