Bedroom 2: (Available now). Dimensions: 10'6" x 8'10" (3.20m x 2.69m). This is a suitably sized, well proportioned, carpeted, rear facing, ground floor bedroom with radiator. It has a small double bed (4ft), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. The window looks out to the back of the house and the garden and patio area. A feature of this room is the electric adjustable divan bed which provides an alternative for relaxation and reading to a chair. The room is accessed from the main entrance hallway.
This is one of the smaller bedrooms in the property whilst still providing adequate storage and other facilities to satisfy the needs of most tenants. It is is adjacent to the sitting room.

Bedroom 5: (Taken): Dimensions: 12'7" x 12'3" (3.84m x 3.73m).
To recognise the age and the history of the building which was built c1910, this large, well proportioned, bright, first floor, rear facing bedroom has been themed wherever possible in furniture from that age. To match the large oak pieces of furniture we have chosen a modern, but high double bed, with large faux leather headboard. A modern office desk and chair was not befitting the oak furniture and so a large square, extending oak dining table was installed along with an upright leather chair. The bedside cabinet is perhaps representative of the age although it is not oak. Pictures have also been chosen to blend and integrate with the character and size of the furniture.
There are a number of useful and otherwise impressive features to this room including the voluminous cupboard storage, unique drawers and other facilities within the oak chest and wardrobe and the sliding shelf on the bedside cabinet. If it is space for clothes, shoes and lots of other possessions you want then this is the best room in the house. If you like older furniture with real character this could be the room you want. The room has a large window area which allows for plentiful light. It also has carpeted flooring, a large radiator and is accessed from the first floor hallway.
