You would be sharing with David (23), Fiona (22), Poppy (22) & Jonny (25) who are all professionals/working full time - they'd like their new housemate to be of a similar age & also want to socialise with them.

The room available is situated in the basement, sharing the shower room with Poppy. It’s a great size and comes with everything you need, as follows:
- brand new double bed with storage underneath
- bedside table
- large built in wardrobe
- large chest of drawers
- desk and chair (not shown in photographs).

The monthly rent includes ALL bills as follows:
- gas
- electric
- water
- council tax
- TV licence
- wifi
- cleaner once a month.

Myself & my husband, Dan, are private landlords who take great pride in our houses & the service that we offer to our tenants.
We are fully accredited via the National Resident Landlords Association (NRLA) and are one of the few landlords recognised as meeting the Leeds Rental Standard.

To rent a room with ourselves we only ask for a small deposit of £150 and a rental guarantor (no exceptions I’m afraid).
