The house consists of a large open-plan kitchen/diner with granite worktops, dining bar, oven, dishwasher, big american fridge/freezer, washer/dryer etc. There is a lounge area in the kitchen with SKY Q.
There is a separate living room with sofa's, SKY Q with full sports & movies etc.
Nice private garden plus patio & BBQ. Ideal for sunbathing, working outdoors or evening drinks.

Located just south of Newmarket (see map), its an easy 15min commute to Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Why live in a small box in Cambridge with parking nightmares when you can live here in fresh air, quiet surroundings, with lots of space, easy parking, but still near everything.
Its often just as fast to drive from here to Cambridge science park or town center than from other parts of Cambridge!
All utility bills are included. Single occupancy only (occaisional overnight guests fine).
