Parking on street near house available. Property also has a small garden.
No special requirements for a lodger, but a reference would be great and all proper background checks and deposits will be required. Preferably someone sociable though, and if they enjoy and have the time to travel and need a companion then count me in!
I myself am a teacher, so out during the day and spend my Saturdays playing cricket, and some evenings, but would enjoy the company when I'm not out!
There are good transport links to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle, Hartlepool, Middlesborough, anywhere really with the A19/A1 very easily accessed.
