We have a lovely 4 bedroom flat available now in the heart of W11.

Each room has a double bed, mattress, triple wardrobe and bedside table.

All rooms are good sized doubles and fit all the furniture we provide. There is also a little communal garden downstairs.

All rates advertised include bills. This means gas, electric, water, broadband & council tax are all covered by us so you literally have nothing else to pay on top.

Kitchen is fully furnished as well. Saying that if anyone has any of their stuff they want to bring then you're more than welcome.

Location wise this flat is a dream. It's a 5-10 minute stroll to Holland Park Station, which is in Zone 1. Might be quicker...depends how fast you walk! Ladbroke Grove is also nearby (5-10mins as well) and Notting Hill Gate is a mere bus ride away. Shepherds Bush and Westfield are also within easy walking distance. Portobello Road is a 5 minute walk away, providing a wide range of shops and cafes along with the renowned fruit and vegetable market. Avondale park is also around the corner and has tennis courts available for hire. Other nearby sports facilities include the brand new Kensington Leisure centre and Notting Hill Virgin Active club.
