If you are a hpc worker/ contractor these are the rooms for you. you can stay straight away. This rooms is £140 per week, 1 week in advance. The house is in a small quiet village with off street parking and a public house just round the corner, just off the banks of the river Parratt. It is 5 miles to the Hinkley Point C power station. Cannington park and ride under 2miles away.
It has 3 fully furnished bedrooms for single occupancy, with good quality mattresses, toppers, smart tv's and high speed broadband. All house and rooms are cleaned, and bedding changed each week. The shared bathroom has a over bath power shower. There is also a extra wc on the ground floor
The house has good communal spaces that will be cleaned weekly. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Spacious communal areas including garden and patio. Off road parking is available and there's a garage to store bikes

We are looking for professional people Monday to Friday, (weekend shift patterns are fine and included in the price) but is not for permanent residence.
All bills are included.
