We have a bright, double room available in our house in E7 (near Leyton/ Stratford / Maryland / Leytonstone). Access to nature! Wanstead Flats is just down the road - great for runs, bike rides and walks. Sharing with 3 other professionals (graphic design/ art/ teaching). The room is a good size, light, double & furnished with a desk, wardrobe, chest of draws and bed. Price is £460 bills inclusive. The house is quite spacious and has a nice garden, big sitting room, dining/eating area, kitchen, upstairs bathroom with WC and additional WC downstairs. It's roughly a 13 min walk to Leyton tube (central line - Leyton to Oxford Circus takes 18 mins). You can also go from Maryland overground to Liverpool street in 11 mins. Westfield is just down the road, and you can also cycle to the Olympic park and Hackney Wick in about 7 mins. Any questions, please just ask!
