Room 3 - £615 available now. It is a great double on 1st floor. Available for single occupancy only.

All of the rooms have been freshly painted. All of the furniture is brand new and very good quality. Each room will have a brand new bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. The couple rooms will have two wardrobes to provide ample storage. There are plenty of power sockets throughout all of the rooms.

The house:
This a stunning new build house, purpose built with all the facilities you will need. The whole property has been finished to a very high standard. There are 2 kitchens with loads of storage, 3.5 shared bathrooms and two other en-suite rooms too. There is a great living area with a large sofa, dining table and TV. Leading from the french doors in both the large kitchen and living space, there is a great patio space and garden laid to lawn. There is off street parking for 3-4 cars. These spaces will be allocated on a first come basis. There are two washing machines and three large fridge freezers.

The property is well located, there is a bus stop across the road which you can get to connect to Southall, Greenford and the train will connect to the rest of London to continue your travel.

The housemates are lovely people, they are socialable and get on very well. There is a mix of different professions and nationalities which makes for a very happy home.

The house is just a few minutes from a parade of shops. There is a leisure centre next door. It is very close to Ealing and Perivale. It is also close to Greenford too and the A40 to connect you to London or the west.
