There is a very large wall to wall floor to ceiling built in cupboard so plenty of space for clothes, toiletries, shoes, etc. The floor is solid oak flooring so there are no dirty carpets in the bedroom nor anywhere else in the flat and the flat is always maintained to a very clean and high standard as the rental price includes a cleaner once a week to clean all common parts.

There are 2 bathrooms (one is a shower room) and one separate cloakroom/toilet with basin to share between 5 tenants.
The large kitchen is fully fitted with integrated Neff appliances, a microwave and a new washer/dryer.

The tenants are all very polite, respectful private and clean after themselves. The flat is quiet and not the party type of place.

All the bills are include: service Charge, Council tax, water electricity, gas, tv license, Hyperoptic broadband (much faster than Virgin or BT fibre optic broadband), and a Cleaner once a week to clean all common parts and possibly your floor too.

All rooms are lockable.
