Fully furnished kitchen including kettle, toaster, microwave fridge freezer and electric hob. We also have a washer dryer for you to use. We also have all cutlery and dishes.

It is a 12 minute walk to the new Victoria Gate shopping centre and John Lewis. Great location. There is also on street parking which comes at a first come first serve basis.

Current house mate is a young professional lady who love to socialise and is very clean and tidy

The price is £625 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax! Parking may be available at additional cost
