Hi, welcome to this lovely house share.
We have two rooms available room 2 is available from the 16/6/2020 and room 4 is available now.
In line with government guidelines we can do viewings now ( keeping a safe distance) and you are able to move in immediately .

This house is made up of 5 room’s with 5 separate lounge/ living rooms.

There will be a maximum of 6 tenants.

Room 2 has its very own private lounge just for you to relax in and is fully furnished with a sofa, lounge furniture, coffee table, free view tv point, free Netflix premium and a fold away table and chair, bedroom area and en-suite.
A great feature with this room is the glass wall with doors looking out onto the garden and the open sky’s, this can also be used as your personal entrance.

studio room 4 has the whole of the top floor and is available now. It. is made up of your very own private lounge just for you to relax in with a sofa, footstool, lounge furniture, coffee table, tv free view point, free Netflix premium , table and two chairs, bedroom area and en-suite. (Room is larger than appears in pictures)
The house has recently been fully renovated including New -massive fridge freezer , washing machine, dishwasher , tumble dryer etc ....
The rooms have gas lift ottoman beds for extra storage and is immaculately presented.
On the ground floor we have a communal kitchen diner including a large six seater dining table. The fitted kitchen comes equipped with double oven range cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, 3 ironing boards with 3 irons, dyson vacuum cleaner, plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc... and everyone has their own food cupboard.

The heating is controlled by the tenants not remotely by a landlord. Off street parking is available to the front of the house. At the rear we have a garden with lawn, barbecue, seating and tables with a shed and washing line/airer.


The house is on a quiet street with good neighbours. A selection of bus stops within easy walking distance offering easy access into the centre of Bristol and the surrounding areas. 10 minutes walk to Lidl and home bargains, 7 minutes walk to local shops including an Indian take away, Chinese take away, fish and chip shop, co-op, beauty/nail parlour. Just 1 minuets drive to the new Bristol link road and 15 minutes drive ( 5 miles ) to Bristol Airport. A 5 minute drive to the South Bristol Hospital and the A & E department.

1 minutes walk from the property is the local sports centre which offers a range of exercise classes, fully equipped gym and full size all weather floodlit astroturf pitches, available all year round. For further sports/leisure facilities take a 5 minute drive to South Bristol Leisure Centre, offering an impressive 50m international swimming pool, 180 station gym, sports hall, indoor climbing centre and Healthy Living Zone.
