Two rooms (both to be one letting!) in Cotswold country house.

Both rooms are relatively small hence two rooms in one letting to provide adequate room for clothes, storage, etc.

One bed/sitting room (very little storage room!). Has double bed, bed side table, lamp and comfortable chair. Bedding not included beyond bed/mattress.

One office/dressing room to be used for clothes storage (dressing room) or office. Has chests of draws, wardrobe, work desk and office chair.

Both have internet access.

Separate bathroom very close shared with another lodger (male). Has combined bath/shower/basin/toilet.

Large kitchen can be shared with house owner and one other lodger. All cooking/eating utensils can be used so no need to bring your own. Food not included.

Utility room with washing drying facilities. Washing liquid not included

Large car parking area. Away from village with nearest shop 1 mile walk. Fantastic view over the Cotswold countryside, garden and paddocks from bedroom.

NOTE - House has large resident cat so renter must be cat lover.

Stunning gardens to sit in/work in during warmer months. Six months maximum period. Period extension can be requested at later date. As house is shared with owner and another lodger (male). Noise must be restrained and any visitors accepted by owners prior to visiting. Prospective renters will be required to visit before renting for interview by owner of property. Owners decision on renter is final.
