I'm looking to rent a room in my three bed house, this is due to my current lodger/house mate moving out. I live in the lovely village of Avening. The room is a good size and is furnished. It's a characterful house with a tranquil garden and a cool, old fireplace/wood burner, two living room areas and a specious kitchen. It's £525 per month - that includes all bills. The garden is a peaceful place to relax, it's well maintained and is full of birds, bees and other bugs.

I'm 46 years old, I'm very well travelled and have lived in various countries whilst I was working in the adventure travel industry. I bought my house in Avening three years ago and love living here, it's a picturesque and friendly village. I have a busy and interesting job, I'm very clean & tidy, sociable, respectful of others etc. I'm looking for someone who would appreciate a tidy, peaceful place to call home - someone who appreciates nature and the beautiful surrounding countryside would be a bonus.
