Double room to rent in modern flat in Barnwood (ten minute walk to banks and other business so great for contractors). If you are looking for a quiet, secure and clean apartment with good links to the motorway, bus stops and town centre then look no further.

I travel a lot for work during the week and am looking for someone on a Sunday night - Friday basis. You will have the flat to yourself for two to three days a week as I work away.

The flat was purchased brand new, so the bathroom and open plan kitchen and lounge are modern and clean. There is adjustable under floor heating in each room.

There's no noise at night and its right next to the bus stop for Cheltenham and Gloucester if you don't drive. 5 minutes drive from the train station and city centre and two minutes onto the motorway.

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe but feel free to bring anything else you want. I am flexible on viewings so please send me a message if you are interested!

I can't stress enough how often I am away with work, you really will be here on your own a lot during the week - equally if that's a problem, then this share isn't for you.
