Double Room in lovely house, 10 min to Chelt

I'm looking to let out my good sized double spare room to a professional person.

The room is freshly decorated with a new carpet, double bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers, clothes airer, super fast broadband, use of the kitchen and washing machine, iron & ironing board and the use of the main bathroom shared only with myself, the living room and good sized garden. There is a parking space at the back of the house and free on-road parking.

The house is a modern 2-bed end of terrace house, situated in a lovely new estate in Bishops Cleeve. There's a bus stop 2 min walk away with regular buses going to the centre of Cheltenham via the Racecourse. It is approx 10-15 mins drive into the centre of Cheltenham or Tewkesbury.

I am an independent, friendly and fun professional, but I work hard during the week, so am looking for a lodger who is respectful of the 9-5 grind!

I will occasionally dog-sit my families friendly and well-behaved pooches and have two ragdoll kittens (see pics), so being animal-friendly is essential. The cats wouldn’t go into your room unless of course, you are happy with them visiting.

I'm open to letting the room on a weekly basis or Mon-Fri letting, so please just ask.
