I have a room available in my two bedroom mid-terrace house in Bishops Cleeve. The property is only 3 years old, and comes with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, downstairs toilet, family bathroom, patio and garden. You will also have your own off-road parking space outside the front of the house.
The room comes with a built-in double wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers and TV (including Netflix subscription). The price of the room also includes bills and WiFi. Please note: the room currently has a single bed, but a double can be provided if requested.
The property is located just a minute’s walk from the D-bus into town and Hatherley, by the local park, and about a 5-10 minute walk in to the centre of Bishops Cleeve. Ideal location for easy access to GE, Ontic, and The Grange.
I do have a very friendly German Shepherd dog (see picture) who I’d like you to meet before being accepted for the room.
