Very private, in a semi rural location but close to motorway networks for Wales, South West and M4 corridor. 14 miles from Bristol City Centre, Western Approach, Avonmouth ... just 3 miles to station for train to Central Bristol return around £3.

Kitchenette facilities consist of mini hob, fridge, microwave and kettle.

I am looking for a professional, clean and respectful person, who will look after as their own. Not suitable for couples, children or pets. A car would be an advantage as we are semi rural.

All bills included aside electricity (approx 40 per month) and utility has washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge per load).

Quiet hours policy in place. References required from previous rentals and from employers.
