*ADVERT ON BEHALF OF MY GRANDFATHER*
2 single rooms with all bills included in 3 bed house with a very large garden in a little village next to Brockworth. 2 parking spaces on the drive and 1 on the road. There is a large garden with fruit trees and fresh eggs through warmer seasons. Easy access to north and south bound M5 and A417. Approx 10 minutes from Gloucester town and Cheltenham town. On the Number 10 bus route from both directions. Down the road from Toby Carvery (about 5 minute walk). Lots of country walks around, as experienced by landlord (Trev). Trev will be away from the house in the evenings with his 2 lovely, friendly dogs.
WiFi available throughout the house. Communal living room/diner and kitchen. All appliances working and available for use at all times.
Smokers are allowed on the condition that any smoking is outside. It is very sunny and warm in the garden when the sun is out and there is lots of shade.
Trev is a kind, easy-going man in his 70’s who has 2 lovely dogs who are very friendly. He also has a young cat who comes and goes. Trev enjoys an early morning walk with the dogs and another in the evening.
