Cosy Room with plenty of Desk Space

Recently refurbished to a high standard

We have a cosy double bedded room with extensive desk and storage space. This is a family home so we are looking for a lodger who will consider it and treat it like their home. The room has recently had a major refurbishment.
Full fibre broadband and Wi-Fi included, bathroom is also recently refurbished and will share with visitors.
We have a cleaner every other week who will clean the bathroom but not your room.
Large garden with outside seating, plenty of parking space.
This is a rural property and a car would be beneficial.
We do have 2 cats, so you will need to be cat friendly.
