Room 1, £375 pcm. 3.4m x 3.1m Double room, newly decorated w/ brand new double bed and chests of drawers. Also has desk and cupboard for wardrobe. (See pictures)

Room 2, £250 pcm. 2.5m x 2.4m Single bed, will include desk and wardrobe, can furnish to suit.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large living room with Freesat TV, dining room and conservatory w/ garden access. The kitchen is modern with gas hob, electric ovens, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery is provided. The garden has sun decking and furniture, washing lines, a patio and a BBQ is available and the garage contains an overflow chest freezer (limited space) and tumble dryer.
