Cleeve Hill residence that will feel like home.

I am a 33 year old female looking for a professional adult to share with that ultimately will become a friend not just a room-share.
You will have a choice between 2 double rooms (the other will remain as a spare for occasional guests for both of us.)
You will have access to on suite facilities and a walk in rain shower. We have a shared sitting/dining room with wood flooring and a log burner for those cold winter days. A kitchen with SMEG fridge, electric oven and cooker as well as a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, downstairs bathroom, and a potential office area.
There is off-road parking, sensor lights along the walkway to the house, a small country garden and a shed to keep essentials like bikes, garden equipment etc. There is also access to part of the attic for some storage should it be required.
Mostly new furnishings to a high standard.
I am both respectful of privacy but equally happy to have a good natter over a cup of tea or a vino or two!
Getting on is essential so catching up over a coffee prior to home viewings might be requested.
You will only be approximately 10-15 mins from Cheltenham Town Centre, but a mere few minutes from Cleeve Hill Common and Golf Course, and walking distance from a local pub.
