Located on a quiet side street, the High Street is 5 minutes away and town centre (Boots corner) is a 10 minute walk. Pittville swimming pool and gym, and the cinema complex are 5 min. s walk away too.
Parking is on the road by permit.
Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers and a computer desk.
We share lounge, kitchen (cooker microwave, freezer, fridge and washing machine), bathroom, separate wc and a small, but pleasant garden suitable for barbecues.
The share would be with me, I am a 50 year old male professional furniture designer and manufacturer and a couple in their late 20's.
There would be an adjustment in the rent for couples.
