The house is very spacious so will be a great fit for someone who values an independent lifestyle without the expense and commitment of a flat.

The bedroom and office are on the first floor and are very bright looking out over the front of the house. Both are newly furnished with plenty of extra room to bring things with you or customise to your liking. There's an additional spare room and a sofa-bed in the lounge that guests can use. The kitchen is well supplied for daily cooking with a couple of extra niceties like a bread-maker and dryer. The house has a treadmill, rowing machine and piano, all high quality, which you can use if interested. All of the rooms have hue bulbs which are configurable and help give the rooms a nice atmosphere in the evenings.

The driveway will be available for you the vast majority of the time, plus GCHQ is less that 5 mins walk away and it's an easy 20 min walk to Cheltenham station.

As a young software engineer sharing my home I'm interested in finding someone who will value the space as I do and would like this to feel like your home as much as possible. I keep to myself mostly but if you're interested in getting to know one another I'm always up for a board game evening, or trying out somewhere new.
