Great Maisonette nr Town Centre With View

Living Room (scaffolding normally not here)

This is a great apartment with its own entrance and bike shed. Recently refurbished it has nice views of the park and it's very convenient for town centre (5 minute walk max). It has a brand new kitchen/bathroom and really nice living room, the room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished with my furniture/kitchen stuff.
The bedroom is at the back of the property so very quiet and is a decent size.
My dog lives in the apartment, but he is very relaxed and loves people, he sleeps in my bedroom and comes to work with me everyday, and is left with my parents when I'm busy/away.
I run a gin distillery in Cheltenham so work quite a lot and spend a lot of time out of the flat either training or walking the dog or out socialising and travelling etc but am very chilled to live with and I think pretty easy to get along with!
I keep the kitchen/living room/bathroom tidy and clean, and if you can do that too then we'll get along!
My former housemate has now gone travelling but he lived with me for 2 years before that.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is relaxed and up for a laugh when we are both in. I don't often have many people round at my friend's mostly live in London, but from time to time have friends over.
I am paying a bigger chunk of the monthly rent/bills as I have the dog, so thought that was fair.
