(which would also be preferred). There is broadband /TV, c/heating, modern kitchen & bathroom and pretty walled garden. We have a regular cleaner. Parking is available on the street. The town centre is a 15 mins walk or there is a bus-stop just down the road. Nearby are the lovely local shops on Bath Road. The railway station and GCHQ are easily commutable. I am a busy teacher with a full life so you need to be self sufficient.
