Hey, I have a lovely house close to the train station and good access to M5. Walking distance to town. Room is 3.5x3.7m decorated and furnished. Bathroom is shared but large with large walk in shower and roll top bath. Living area is really big including a large living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory. Off road parking. Garden is a decent size and I’m currently building a garden room. Looking for someone that I would get on well with, not just to let the room. Living alone sucks 🤪. I do have a 4 year old son that I have overnight at the weekend. Other than that I think I’m easy going. Large kitchen with an American fridge freezer so plenty of room. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Currently have sky tv but prob switching to virgin. There is also a tv in the bedroom.
