Lovely, spacious double room in a beautifully decorated period property just 5 min walk to Pittville Park and 10 min walk to the town centre.

Sharing with two friendly, easy-going female professionals who enjoy chatting over a cup of tea & cake, watching TV/films, baking, board games, comedy, quizzes and country walks.

The house comprises a shared living room with Freesat TV; a large, fully-equipped modern kitchen (including double-oven, gas hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer with water filter and ice machine); shared bathroom with roll top bath and large walk-in shower; utility room with W. C. and washing machine; and a sunny, walled garden with patio table and chairs, lawn and shed. We also have a spare room currently used for laundry and storage.

The house is located on a quiet residential road in leafy Pittville with plenty of free on-street parking and lovely neighbours.

The furniture pictured currently in the bedroom is mine, so I will be taking it with me when I move, but replacement furniture can be provided (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) or the room can be unfurnished as required. All bills including Superfast Wi-Fi, utilities and Council Tax divided equally between you and the other two girls, which currently works out at £90-100 per person/per month.

I am looking for a new housemate to take on my share of the joint tenancy until at least mid-June 2021, with the possibility to renew after that. The move-in date is flexible (Nov/Dec possible) – please message me if you’re interested.
