Large en-suite dble in mews house with parkng

I am looking to find a new flatmate to replace me in my large, spacious en-suite double bedroom (unfurnished).

The room is in a really quiet, upstairs part of the house and the house itself is a two-bedroom, 2 storey mews property with two double en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen diner, living area and also a small downstairs toilet.

There is also off-street parking. Neither of us drive, so the space would be yours.

The new flatmate should be an employed professional (single occupancy not couples) who is conscientious, down-to-earth and fun, but prefers to do their raucous entertaining in town, rather than in the house.

The house is in a great location on a quiet street at the top of Lansdown. It’s perfectly situated for walking to: town, the train station, a number of parks, Bath Road etc.

Your flatmate (Lois) is 36 and works in education (during office hours). In her free time, she likes to watch classic
80s/90s TV and films and just chill out and chat about anything and nothing. I'm only moving on because I am buying my own place.

The bills will be approximately £100-110 on top of the rent for (Council Tax, Gas & Electric,
Internet, Water etc).

The living room and kitchen (on the ground floor) are furnished and come with appliances, so it's just the bedroom that would need sorting out.

There's no smoking in the house, but outside on the patio/parking area is fine.
