I am looking to re-let my current room as I have decided to move in with my partner.
The room is centrally located on Winchcombe Street. It is an en suite with a private sink, shower and toilet. It is furnished and contains a double-bed, wardrobe, desk and desk-chair. I am offering the room at a reduced price of £415 PCM and I will pay the difference for you. The contract runs until July 12th 2022. The room is available from the 12th of November; but in an emergency it could be available sooner.
If you do not have a guarantor, the Landlady will ask for rent quarterly (three months rent paid every quarter).
The contract may be extended with the Landlady after July 2022 if you wish. The rental price would increase as I would no longer be supporting the payments at that point.
The house is shared with four other students. It comes with a large kitchen and several other bathrooms.
